Membership
The Pony Club offers nine different sports, more than any other equestrian organisation!
As a Pony Club member you can:
- work towards a range of Achievement Badges and Competition Badges, learning vital skills along the way!
- improve your riding and horse care skills by working up through The Pony Club Efficiency Tests
- represent your Branch at local, regional and national competitions, including the famous Pony Club Championships!
We have training clinics running for all members of all ages and abilities - full details can be found here on our website under the Clinics & Events tab including training dates, venue and cost with details of who to contact.
If you are not sure if a discipline is suitable for your child/pony simply contact the discipline head who will give you any help/guidance you need.
There is something running every week so plenty of opportunity to get out and practice with great instructors at various venues, both indoors and out.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP (those with less than 3 riding members in the same household)
NEW Members should create an account on the Members’ Portal

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
(3-5 members in the same household)
Please use the Branch Membership Form
and send it to membership@pcuk.org
RENEWALS/LAPSED MEMBERS
All renewals should be made via the Members’ Portal It is no longer possible to renew over the phone.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP (less than 3 riding members in the same household)
- If membership has expired, you will have received several renewal invites
- Click on the link in
the most recent invite we have sent you to access the Members’ Portal
NB: this link is unique to you and the password is held in the Members Database, so you cannot log in successfully without it. - Using the Portal, you will be able to check and update any contact details, and members and pay online.
- You will not be able to change the branch or membership type (Riding or Non-riding) – if you need to do this please contact your branch to initiate the transfer process or contact membership@pcuk.org to change your membership type.
Membership Forms can still be emailed to
membership@pcuk.org however please allow up to 10 working days for these to be processed in the system.
Please ensure you consider this when planning to attend rallies.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP (3-5 riding members in the same household)
If you have a Family Membership, or want to add members to create a Family Membership, you will need to download the Membership Form and send it to membership@pcuk.org or post it to the address on the form.
